We’re excited to announce that we will be launching the live service of StarPrinter.Online on 1st September 2023, available to customers in the EEA and UK.
Existing user accounts will automatically be set up to use the live service with your existing login, there’s no need to change any of your details.
Once you have access to the live site, you will find all documents about the StarPrinter.Online service including Terms and Conditions which must be agreed before continuing with the service. A valid VAT number is also required.
Please refer to your Portal.StarPrinter.Online dashboard, or access https://portal.starprnter.online/subscriptions for information on pricing and to begin your subscription.
This depends on the chosen pricing plan:
Customers on the “Essential” pricing plan, will be billed for all registered devices. Therefore we recommend that you delete any unused printers from your device groups.
Customers who opt for the “Standard” pricing plan, will not be billed for entirely offline devices as long as you also do not send print jobs to that device. Subject to a minimum of 50 billed devices/month.
On the “Enterprise” plan, devices that are mostly offline will not be billed, to allow for device staging before deployment. Subject to a minimum of 50 billed devices/month.

Yes, but we plan to maintain the original beta.starprinter.online url for compatibility so devices in the field do not need to be updated. Please use:
These URLs have been in place since 2022, nothing will change on 1st September 2023, so there is no need to update currently deployed devices, sites, apps etc.
Yes, for those who print via the email bridge, a new email address will be issued in the near future, however the <device>@beta.starprinter.online email address will remain functional and there are no plans to disable it. There is no need to update existing applications and services.
If you have an account on StarPrinter.Online and do not start a subscription before the end of your trial usage period then we will get in touch to find out if you wish to continue using the service. If we do not hear back from you within three days, then the account will be disabled.
If you have signed up for a StarPrinter.Online account recently, then you have a 90 day free trial period and do not need to start a subscription until the end of that period. However, if you are planning to use the service, then you might prefer to start your subscription sooner and take advantage of the early subscriber discount.
You may see a banner message on the https://portal.starprinter.online/subscriptions page, such as “Subscription sign-up currently unavailable”.
Subscription sign-up will be enabled from 1st August 2023.
If you have subscribed, but feel that you chose the wrong subscription level, please contact us at spo-billing@star-emea.com immediately, to avoid being billed at the wrong rate.

Subscriptions can be cancelled via the “Manage Billing” page on the StarPrinter.Online portal site. When you cancel a subscription it will be closed at the end of your current monthly billing cycle.
StarPrinter.Online subscriptions work on a monthly cycle, with payments in arrears, based on usage.
Your subscription cycle will begin on the day that you start it, and an initial zero value invoice will be generated. You will receive your first monthly charge one month later. Payments are taken automatically by credit/debit card.
We will email you when a new invoice is available. You can download invoices via the “Manage Billing” page at https://portal.starprinter.online.

Please be aware that the “Standard” and “Enterprise” levels are subject to monthly minimum billing levels.
